Do Spot, Pure, Next and Vision heat in the same way?

Yes, because energy is directed at the useful area. A suitable angle and height are still essential to turn electrical power into real comfort.
How long do the heating elements last?
The brand states at least 10 000 hours under normal conditions. Ventilation, cleanliness and correct installation clearances help achieve this lifespan.
Is infrared radiation safe?
It produces neither ultraviolet nor X-rays. As with any heater, installation height, clearances and operating instructions must nevertheless be respected.

What minimum height must be respected?
The bottom of the heater must be at least 1.80 m above the ground. The model’s instructions may require a greater distance depending on its power.
What height provides the best performance?
For Vision and Spot, the commonly recommended range is between 2.5 and 3.5 m. A high ceiling may require suspension accessories or a different power rating.
Can the heater be mounted on a wooden pergola?
Yes, using the specified brackets and respecting all clearances from wood and other heat-sensitive materials.
Where are the cable and switch located?
On Vision and Spot, the cable exits at the side and the switch is at the rear. Plan access to both before installation.
Does wind affect the heating?
Far less than with convection, because radiation does not heat the air. In a very open area, targeted positioning and a high-performance model remain essential.

How do I choose between Heatscope models?
Compare the area actually occupied, installation height, shelter, wind and residential or professional use. Appearance alone should not determine the choice.
How many heaters does my terrace need?
The number depends on its geometry and seating areas. Several well-positioned heaters often provide more even comfort than a single very powerful unit.
Can the power be adjusted?
Depending on the control configuration, 50 and 100 % levels allow heat to be adapted to the weather and the number of people present.

What controls are available?
