Delivery and returns

Delivery is calculated from the total number of items and the destination country. France and Monaco: €25 for 1 item, €35 for 2 items and €40 from 3 items.

Switzerland: €70 for 1 item, €75 for 2 items, €80 for 3 items and €85 from 4 items.

Other supported European countries: €30 for 1 item, €45 for 2 items, €55 for 3 items and €65 from 4 items. The exact charge is shown before payment; no automatic free-delivery rule applies.

Preparation takes 1 day, followed by 2 to 5 days in transit depending on the destination, for an estimated total of 3 to 6 days. Any longer lead time stated on the product page still applies. A tracking number is sent by email after dispatch.

Consumers have 14 days after receipt to request the return of a new, unused product in its original packaging, subject to statutory exceptions.

Return costs are paid by the customer unless the product is defective or the order was prepared incorrectly. Use the contact form with the order number; a refund or exchange is handled after receipt and inspection.
