Delivery and returns

Delivery is free to every supported country, including Switzerland, whenever the basket contains at least one Heatscope or Heatstrip infrared heater. Accessories and other items in the same basket also qualify. If the basket contains no heater, the rates below apply.

For baskets containing only heated cushions, across all ranges, delivery to France costs €15 for 1 cushion, €20 for 2, €25 for 3, €30 for 4, €35 for 5 and €40 for 6 or more. For other supported countries, including Monaco and Switzerland, add €5 to the total: from €20 for 1 cushion to €45 for 6 or more. The rates below apply to other baskets.

Delivery is calculated from the total number of items and the destination country. France and Monaco: €25 for 1 item, €35 for 2 items and €40 from 3 items.

Switzerland: €70 for 1 item, €75 for 2 items, €80 for 3 items and €85 from 4 items.

Other supported European countries: €30 for 1 item, €45 for 2 items, €55 for 3 items and €65 from 4 items. The exact charge is shown before payment.

Estimated delivery takes 2–4 working days, excluding weekends. Any longer lead time stated on the product page still applies. A tracking number is sent by email after dispatch.

Consumers have 14 days after receipt to request the return of a new, unused product in its original packaging, subject to statutory exceptions.

Return costs are paid by the customer unless the product is defective or the order was prepared incorrectly. Use the contact form with the order number; a refund or exchange is handled after receipt and inspection.
