What exactly is the difference between the HTM-QUADA and the HTM-QUBO?

The fundamental difference is capacity: the QUADA station can charge up to 12 cushions in the CLASSIC range, compared with six for the QUBO. Choose according to the number of cushions to charge simultaneously and the available space.

Can I use the HTM-QUADA to charge my heatme SMART cushions?

No. The technology is completely different. heatme SMART cushions charge exclusively without wires, by magnetic induction through the dedicated Smart Tower. The HTM-QUADA station requires a physical connection and is not compatible with the SMART range.
