heatme SMART 36 Power Hub – High Capacity (30x40 Format)
The heatme SMART Tower 36 is the highest-capacity version in the range, designed for large venues, event spaces and stadium areas with high-traffic bench seating. It stores and recharges 36 rectangular 30x40 heating modules at the same time, by contactless magnetic induction, without any manual handling from your team.
For your operation: a continuous rotation of warm cushions ready for every service, no wasted electricity thanks to automatic sensor shut-off, and the complete removal of cable constraints for your staff, whatever the size of the fleet you need to manage.
XXL logistics: 36 slots, one simple action
The Tower 36 is the reference format for venues that need to equip a large terrace, an event area or a section of grandstand seating without multiplying charging points or complicating fleet management. One single storage action at the end of service is enough to start a full recharge of the entire cushion fleet.
- Managed fleet: 36 rectangular 30 × 40 cm heating modules at the same time.
- Transmission: pure induction without connector — no exposed USB port, no mechanical wear part.
Why choose the Tower 36
- Massive continuous rotation — sized for the most demanding hospitality flows.
- Durable equipment — no physical charging port that can break or oxidise.
- Integrated occupancy detection — automatically saves battery between guests.
- Plug & Play — operational as soon as it is powered on, with no configuration.
Why heating outdoor seating is the most profitable cold-weather investment
In winter, every unheated bench is a potential lost customer, or a customer who sits down but leaves before ordering more. By offering a warm, dedicated seat, you change the whole dynamic: they stay, order dessert, ask for another coffee and extend the conversation. Across 36 well-managed cushions, the effect on average spend and the seasonal use of outdoor areas can be measured from the first weeks of operation.
Installing the large tower
- The power supply is located at the rear of the frame — discreet, with no visible cable on the front.
- A standard 220 V socket protected by a 10 A fuse is sufficient — no dedicated electrical installation is required.
- The system is designed to remain powered permanently: ready to receive modules at any time, including between services.
Start-up procedure
- Connect the cable to the wall socket (220 V).
- The tower performs its self-check — no action is required.
- Insert your 36 cushions into the slots — charging starts automatically.
Contactless charging: how it works
Once the module is slid into its slot, the station coils align with the cushion coils. Magnetic recognition validates the start of charging after a safety delay of 1 to 2 minutes, a synchronisation time that protects the LiFePO battery.
Reading the LED display
- Progressive indicator lights show the charging cycle slot by slot.
- Fully charged: the slot goes dark — the module is ready to be deployed again.
A quick look at the tower is enough for your team to instantly identify the available cushions.
Automatic maintenance cycles
The Tower 36 optimises its consumption in real time: it cuts power to slots whose batteries are full, and restarts charging only if natural discharge occurs after several days of storage.
Result: your 36 cushions are always kept at the optimum level, with no supervision, while electricity use stays controlled even during extended standby.
Specific features of the 30x40 module
- Central heating layer: even 15 W heat distribution across the whole seat surface, with no hot spot or cold zone.
- Smart delayed shut-off: the internal occupancy sensor puts the system into standby around 10 minutes after the guest stands up — zero passive consumption between users.
- Premium outdoor textile: water-repellent, UV-resistant cover designed to repel stains and withstand the pace of hospitality service.
- Anti-slip safety: treated underside to keep the cushion in place, even on very smooth seating.
- Simplified care: side zip to remove the electronic block before washing the cover at 30 °C.
Cushion settings and controls
Touch thermostat
- Sitting down automatically starts the cushion at 100% power (Level 3).
- Pressing the tab reduces the heat step by step (Level 2, then Level 1).
- Third press: immediate manual switch-off.
Battery diagnosis
Hold the button for 3 seconds to display the battery level:
- 3 lights (green): optimum charge, 60 to 100%
- 2 lights (orange): mid capacity, 30 to 60%
- 1 light (red): return to tower recommended, under 30%
Exclusive charging transfer: battery safety and durability
The motherboard in every heatme SMART module is programmed to block any current from outside the range. This closed architecture is not a commercial restriction, but a technical guarantee: LiFePO batteries are protected from incompatible charging cycles that would shorten their service life prematurely.
- ✅ Approved: heatme SMART induction towers only.
- ❌ Rejected: any other domestic magnetic source or third-party charger.
Natural anti-theft protection
The absence of a USB port and the software lock make each module unusable at home. Without the heatme tower, the cushion simply cannot be recharged. The theft risk common with standard equipment is neutralised at source without any additional security measure.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need specific chargers for winter storage?
No. Simply store your cushions dry, inside or outside the tower depending on available space. If the modules remain unused for more than one year, place them back in the station for a 4-hour precautionary recharge before putting them back into service. No additional equipment is required.
Can the 570 W consumption trip the circuit breaker?
No. A standard 10 A circuit breaker supports around 2,300 W. The Tower 36 consumes only 570 W at full load, less than a quarter of that capacity. You can connect several towers to the same circuit, up to 3 towers of 36 (108 cushions) per 10 A circuit breaker according to the technical specifications.
