Quick access1. Adjusting the suspension height
The HEATSTRIP® Elegance mounting extension lowers the heater below its support. Check the final position against the instructions for your Elegance model.
Its rigid connections allow the assembly to be attached using the parts specified for the compatible heater. The ceiling fixings must suit your structure.
2. Choosing a length
Product code THEAC-044 measures 600 mm. The lengths below let you compare the required drop; they do not replace the installation instructions.
The distance from the floor depends on the complete assembly: ceiling, extension, brackets and heater. Also observe the clearances around the heater.
3. Preparing for installation
The connecting kit contains the parts described in the instructions for this range:
- Two 600 mm rods.
- Intermediate mounting brackets.
- Screws for connection to the heater; ceiling anchors must be provided separately.
Check compatibility with your heater’s brackets and provide suitable ceiling anchors.
