Radiant Heating for Event Tent: Thermal Comfort for Your Large Structures

Electric radiant heating for event tents, marquees and temporary structures: quick-install, silent comfort for guests.

Welcome your guests in a tempered space, even in winter or mid-season

Event tents and temporary structures often feature large volumes that are poorly insulated, with significant temperature variations. To ensure public comfort without bulky or noisy systems, electric radiant heating offers a flexible, efficient, and easy-to-install solution—even for short-term events.

Why use radiant heating in a tent?

Immediate warmth as soon as it’s turned on
No noise or ventilation: ideal for conferences, shows, or meals
Quick installation on metal frames
Zone heating: optimized consumption based on occupancy
No flame or gas: maximum safety for temporary public venues

Common applications

Galas and dinners under tents
Trade fairs, congresses, or exhibitions
Ceremonies (awards, weddings, conferences)
Festival public areas or press zones
Backstages or protected logistics areas

Which type of infrared to use?

Short wave (IR-A): for powerful, direct radiation even in large volumes
Medium wave (IR-M): for semi-enclosed tents or insulated tarps
Suspended modules: for uniform ceiling coverage

Recommended power by use

50 m2 tent (cocktail or meeting): 4,000 to 6,000 W
100 m2 tent (seated meal or conference): 8,000 to 12,000 W, distributed
Large structure >200 m2: modular installation with zone management (entrance, stage, tables)

Installation tips

Direct mounting on metal arches or specific supports
Recommended height: 2.5 to 3.5 meters for optimal diffusion
Provide protected wiring and secure power supply (reinforced outlets)
