The white manual SPOT 2800 combines a light finish with wired controls. It retains the black manual version’s performance and needs the same electrical preparation.
The white manual Heatscope Spot 2800 Watts suits a light-coloured structure. It provides 2 800 W heating with wired connection, without a remote control included.
The difference from the black model is the finish. Mounting requirements and control options remain the same.
Heat and responsiveness
The SPOT has two carbon heating elements for radiant heating.
Direct it towards people and keep the path of radiant heat clear. Wind and distance change perceived comfort.
Preparing the area to heat
Choose the heater’s position according to seat locations and the space’s shelter.
- Mounting height: 1.8 to 3 m depending on installation; minimum 2.2 m for ceiling mounting.
- Exposed spaces: protect the heater from direct rain and limit draughts around the seats.
- Connection: have the power supply and controls prepared for 2 800 W output.
Finish and visible light
The white body complements light-coloured structures. The reflector directs radiant heat towards the front of the heater.
The slatted front shows orange light below 600 lumens. The SPOT is therefore not a heater without visible light.
Controls and connection
This manual version does not include an infrared remote control. Its four-conductor connection must follow the manufacturer’s diagram.
- A main switch (ON/OFF): for switching the heater on and off.
- A load selector: allowing a choice between 50% (1400W) for gentler heat, or 100% (2800W) when full power is wanted.
Heated area
Coverage depends on the occupied area, height and orientation and wind exposure.
