Choose the white SPOT 2800 for visual integration beneath a light-coloured structure. Its infrared settings and output match the 2800 All Black; colour does not change the heated area.
The white Heatscope Spot 2800 Watts matches light ceilings and pergolas. It retains the black model’s output and infrared functions.
When choosing its position, start with the area actually occupied. Height and air movement matter as much as the patio’s total area.
Heat and responsiveness
The SPOT uses two carbon heating elements to deliver radiant heat.
The heater warms people and surfaces within its field. Plan a position that allows radiant heat to reach the seats.
Adjustment by remote control
The supplied controls let you change power from your seat without adding wall controls for these functions.
Finish and visible light
The reflector directs radiant heat forwards. Plan the direction according to the table or chairs to be heated.
The slatted front shows orange light below 600 lumens. The white finish retains the same lighting characteristics as black.
Heated area
The stated mounting range is between 1.80 m and 3.00 m, depending on configuration. For ceiling mounting, maintain at least 2.2 m. Coverage varies with exposure:
- Enclosed indoor environment: Size for the seats to be heated.
- Sheltered, partly open space: Limit draughts around people.
- Open outdoor patio: Wind can make heating less comfortable.
