For a medium-sized cushion collection, this version holds 24 large square 40x40 heating modules. Choose the tower according to the exact cushion format and available space.

Organising charging The twenty-four-slot capacity centralises square cushions in a cabinet 86 cm wide.

1) Organising cushion charging

  • Service organisation: Your team has a defined place to retrieve and store cushions.
  • Charging organisation: This medium capacity makes collecting cushions between services easier.

A capacity of twenty-four slots

  • Capacity to suit: Adapt the cushion quantity to your seats and the planned rotation between services.
  • Induction: Charging takes place in dedicated slots, without individual connections.
  • Cushion use: Occupancy detection is a cushion function. The tower’s consumption is separate from that of the heating.

2) Fast Installation and Start-Up

Installation Requirements

  • ▪ Discreet connection: The mains cable is at the back of the cabinet.
  • ▪ Electrical requirements: 230 V socket protected at 10 A, as specified by the manufacturer.
  • ▪ Cabinet access: Allow enough space to insert and remove cushions.
Must be observed: The station is not waterproof. Install it in a dry corridor, a room or behind the counter, never near floor washing or exposed to weather.

Installation in 3 steps

  1. Connection: Connect the tower to a suitable socket.
  2. Initialisation: Follow the commissioning procedure.
  3. Insertion: Place the 24 square cushions in the compartments. Charging starts automatically.

3) Using SMART 40 × 40 cm cushions

Heating, settings and charging

  • Power: Each cushion has a 15 W heating element.
  • Occupancy: The cushion’s sensor adapts operation to whether the seat is occupied.
  • Touch controls: The cushions have three heat levels.
  • Battery: Rechargeable 20 000 mAh LiFePO battery in SMART cushions.

Organising rotation

Return used cushions to the tower and check their charge before distributing them again.

Charging time depends on the batteries’ condition. Allow enough time between services.

4) A station dedicated to the SMART range

Choosing the compatible station

The tower is designed for the inductive charging system of heatme SMART cushions.

  • ✅ Compatible: heatme SMART station only.
  • ❌ Not compatible with: consumer chargers, Qi pads, or third-party stations.

Organising storage

Charging requires the compatible SMART system. You still need to plan supervision and cushion storage.
