This version holds up to 36 large heated cushions (40x40) with the dedicated charging system. Prepare a dry storage area.

1) Organising a collection of 36 cushions

Organising charging

  • Storage: Allow a charging area large enough to handle returns from a sizeable cushion collection.
  • Occupancy detection: This is a SMART cushion function. The tower recharges them between uses.
  • Rotation: Allow charging time and a reserve suited to your service schedule.

Preparing cushion returns

  • Dedicated charging: Place the cushions in the slots of the compatible tower.
  • Pre-service check: Check the cushions’ charge before distributing them again.
  • Organisation: Plan rotation and a reserve to match your use.

2) Preparing the installation

Installation Requirements

  • ▪ Discreet connection: The electrical connection is at the back of the cabinet.
  • ▪ Electrical requirements: 230 V socket protected at 10 A according to the current manufacturer’s data sheet.
  • ▪ Access: Keep the cabinet accessible to insert and remove cushions.
Caution: The built-in electronics are sensitive to moisture. Position the cabinet away from water splashes and rainy environments.

Commissioning in 3 steps

  1. Connection: Connect the tower to a suitable 230 V socket.
  2. Initialisation: Follow the commissioning procedure.
  3. Insertion: Place SMART 40 × 40 cm cushions in the dedicated slots.

  • Heating: SMART cushion heating element: maximum power of 15 W. Follow its instructions for use.
  • Intuitive adjustment: The cushions offer three heat levels.
  • Cover: Removable acrylic fabric cover, to be cared for separately.
  • Battery: SMART cushions use a 20 000 mAh LiFePO battery.

Occupancy detection

The cushion has an occupancy sensor that adapts the heat to whether the seat is occupied.

Adapt rotation to the length of use and charging.
